24 Hour Service

Regular Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

We provide 24 hours a day emergency service 7 days a week. If you should require service after hours, call East 837-8381, Central 739-7385 or West 591-3581 to arrange for a service call. Your call will be routed to our answering service.

If you have heat and can wait until the next day for service, inform the answering service that you would like the dispatcher to call you the next morning. Make sure you give the answering service your daytime telephone number and street address. Our dispatch will contact you to arrange an appointment at your convenience.

No Heat

If you do not have heat, we consider this an emergency and we will respond as soon as possible after receiving your call. The answering service will page the service technician on call and have them call you back to let you know how quickly they can get to your residence. If you are experiencing problems but have heat, we will schedule a service call for the next business day.

No Cool

If it is the summer and your air conditioner is not functioning, we will respond to you within 24 hours.
