1) Emergency response for heat or cool*

Emergency for heat is determined if the outdoor temperature is below -5 C and an Emergency for air conditioning is determined if the outdoor temperature is above 28C AND a medical condition requires Air Conditioning.

100% Labour is paid under the Plan, however an After Hours charge will apply outside the hours covered.

8) Service charge for after Hrs

A service charge will apply for calls After Hours as determined by the plan type you have chosen. If your plan covers labour only, a service charge will apply.

9) Cost for parts under plan

Determined by the parts covered in the plan you have chosen.

10) Discount on other Service/Repairs

Refers to services not covered by the plan.

11) Discount on Accessories

Refers to equipment such as Humidifiers, Air Cleaners, Thermostats etc. (and cannot be combined with any other offer)

12) Priority booking of service calls

You will be given priority over customers without a plan but not over higher plan holders.

15) E-mail reminder for furnace filter replacement

We will send you a e-mail reminding you that it is time to change or clean filter. Time of reminder will depend on the type of your filter.

Coverage is determined by the plan you have chosen.

17) Heat exchanger Allowance

Amount covered is determined by the plan you have chosen. Any amount over the allowable amount is to be paid by the client.

18) Furnace Replacement Allowance

If you elect to replace the furnace – rather than the Heat Exchanger, this amount will be credited towards the new furnace purchased from Anchor. (Some conditions apply).

19) Compressor Covered

Coverage is determined by the plan you have chosen.

20) Compressor Allowance

Amount covered is determined by the plan you have chosen. Any amount over the allowable amount is to be paid by the client.

21) Air Conditioner Replacement Allowance

If you elect to replace the Air Conditioner – rather than the compressor, this amount will be credited towards the new unit purchased from Anchor. (Some conditions apply).
