No heat? Call our office today to find out how you can save 15% on your service call – without overtime charges!

We provide 24/7 emergency heating and cooling servicing. Since Anchor ClimateCare is a 100% Ottawa-based company, so we know the area and will come as quick as we can. If you need service after hours, simply call our office at (613) 837-8381, and your call will be routed to our paging service.

If you have heat and can wait until the next day for service, let the paging service know that you’d like the dispatcher to call you the next morning. Make sure to give the paging service your daytime phone number and address and our dispatcher will contact you to arrange an appointment at your convenience.

No Heat

If you don’t have heat, we consider this a high-priority emergency and we will respond as soon as possible after receiving your call. The paging service will place a page for the service technician on call and have them call you back to let you know how quickly they can get to your residence. If you’re experiencing problems but have heat, we will schedule a service call for the next business day.

No Cooling

If it’s the summer and your air conditioner isn’t working, we’ll respond within 24 hours.
