With respect to the furnace, we’ve already noticed a big difference in the comfort level in the house. The sound from the furnace is hardly noticeable and you really have to strain to hear any difference when it’s running. The installation was smooth and we were up and running quickly.

Last summer when John and I thought about the idea of converting from oil to natural gas, we started chatting to some friends about what was involved. In one of our conversations we spoke with a friend of a friend who mentioned your company. They used words like “professional”, and “seamless”, and “knowledgeable”. With a leaky hot water tank, we knew we had to act quickly, and it was so stressful for about a two week period, getting quotes, doing our homework and not getting anywhere. I was so relieved when you came out to the house, no doubt the other companies were quite nice, but I had doubts in their abilities and their knowledge. There were several questions that I asked and they had no idea how to answer. I had no confidence in them at all. Steve, you and your staff did it all though. No question unanswered no problem ignored. The weather we’ve had this winter has been so wicked…..but we’re toasty.

Anchor Climatecare was great! They helped me through the summer months when my old A/C wasn’t working right. Then I finally gave in and bought a new one from Anchor.
